Greetings from New Bethel Church Of God In Christ....We are a spirit led church
endeavoring to share the good news of Jesus Christ to a dying world.
What a glorious season it is for the children of God. A season for his people to
rise up and share with those who are hurting that Jesus is alive and well, and
that he is the answer for the world today.
I'm reminded of the scripture where Jesus said, "come unto me, all ye that labour
and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
There is no greater peace than the peace of God. With a failing economy where
people are losing jobs at an increasing rate, homes are being foreclosed,
retirement, savings, and pensions are being lost, this is a time just right for God.
People are panicking and many don't know what to do. We are the salt of the
earth and we have the answer. God has promised to never leave us nor forsake
us. As Children of God, I encourage you to stand on the promises of God and be
that shinning light in this dark and troublesome world, so those who are
struggling and suffering will be drawn to your light and you will have an
opportunity to witness and share Jesus.
May the sweet spirit of the Holy Ghost continue to rest upon each of you, and
keep you, until we are all caught up to meet Him in the sky, and taken home to
forever be with Him.
